Many online yoga teacher training programs provide valuable content but lack structure, clarity, and interactivity. Learners often feel overwhelmed by dense material presented without thoughtful design, leading to disengagement and difficulty retaining information.

Traditional "out of the box" solutions fail to consider instructional design principles, resulting in courses prioritizing information delivery over learner experience and engagement.

This project applies instructional design principles to restructure online yoga teacher training, ensuring a clear, engaging, and interactive learning experience.

Using Articulate Rise, I developed a module that organizes content effectively, incorporates step-by-step guidance, and includes interactive elements like reflective prompts, knowledge checks, and collaborative exercises in Google Docs.

The goal was to transform the learning process into an engaging and accessible journey that reduces cognitive overload while enhancing learner confidence.

The module was built using Articulate Rise, a tool allowing visually cohesive, structured, interactive course creation. Google Docs was integrated for collaborative exercises and hands-on activities, while PDFs provided supplemental resources. Interactive elements such as knowledge checks and reflective prompts ensured engagement, reinforcing key concepts and making the learning process more dynamic and impactful.
