Led the content refresh project to unify two existing training programs, ensuring they met the distinct learning objectives of both audiences while maintaining engagement and relevance. As the Lead Instructional Designer, collaborated with SMEs to update training modules that promote faculty quality and excellence, successfully completing the project ahead of schedule.

This project had several challenges.
Combining two pieces of training risks diluting the effectiveness for one or both groups if the content isn’t tailored appropriately.
It isn't easy to keep both audiences equally engaged when they have different interests or work environments. What resonates with one group might not feel relevant or engaging to the other.

Working with three subject matter experts and alongside the director of training and orientation, and after carefully analyzing the overlapping objectives and common ground between the two audiences, I developed an Articulate Rise module outlining specific strategies to help faculty members deepen their professional and teaching skills applicable to both learning modalities (course-based and competency-based).
