Developing the Meditrek for Faculty training module required balancing the needs of a diverse faculty audience with the complexities of the system, all while ensuring the training was engaging and easy to use.

Through thoughtful design and a user-centered approach, I was able to create a resource that empowers faculty and staff to effectively use Meditrek, contributing to the success of student placements and experiences.

To ensure accessibility, I focused on providing step-by-step instructions with clear visual aids and concise text, catering to different learning styles. By conducting a needs assessment, I was able to identify faculty pain points and tailor the training accordingly.

Balancing depth with simplicity was crucial, given the complexity of Meditrek and the limited time faculty have. I concentrated on the essential features faculty needed for their daily tasks while incorporating interactive elements such as quizzes and practice scenarios to reinforce learning. This kept the training concise but engaging, allowing faculty to apply knowledge in real-world simulations.
