Learners explore the roots of yoga, the legacy of colonization, and how to design a curriculum that honors the depth and origins of the practice without appropriating or diluting its meaning.

The course includes comprehensive lesson content exploring cultural appropriation versus appreciation, yoga's colonial history, and practical curriculum design strategies.

I incorporated UK Home Office accessibility guidelines and UDL principles throughout, featuring interactive elements, anonymous reflection spaces, and a 20-question assessment that evaluates both knowledge retention and practical application of ethical teaching principles.
